Fifth-grade students from Ørstedskolen on Langeland have handed over a wish catalogue to the Mayor of Langeland, Jørgen Nielsen. The catalogue presents a collection of creative and practical ideas on how to promote outdoor play and strengthen community among children on the island.
The wish catalogue was developed as part of B-Challenged, where children’s perspectives and engagement have been at the heart of the process.
The catalogue features a range of strong and creative ideas on how to promote outdoor play and strengthen the sense of community among children on Langeland.
By presenting their wishes directly to the mayor, the children demonstrated that young people have a clear voice when it comes to shaping their local environment.
